As we are a small business, we only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges will need to be emailed to sales@loyala.com.au
Refund policy - The Block Brush Products
Not suitable for thick zinc-based sunblock's.
When replacing the brush head compartment, do not turn too tightly, this may cause the outer cannier to crack.
Keep out of direct sunlight, this may soften the outer cannister.
The Brush head is replaceable, so this may come out the first couple if uses when removing the cap. If this happens, gentle push back into position for a snug fit.
If you find that you are not entirely happy with The Block Brush when it arrives or is damaged in any way, please send us an email at sales@loyala.com.au

Being a small business, we hand pack every order for you so you can feel confident in knowing that we have quality checked The Block Brush thoroughly before being shipped but sometimes things do happen.
